Fayose: Nigerians Need To Stick Together And Pray For President Buhari

Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose has sent well wishes to President Muhammadu Buhari, urging Nigerians to pray for him.

During a visit from the General Overseer of Champions Glory Assembly Church, Pastor Joshua Lasisi, Fayose said: “I want to equally join Nigerians to pray for the President and ask God to give him good health.”

However, he said "the Presidency owes Nigerians accurate information about the situation of things. Otherwise people would continue to spread one rumour or the other. Nigerians demanding for truthful and accurate information about the President’s health from the Presidency are right because the moment you assume such a position, your life has become public.

"So, we should let Nigerians have the accurate information about the whereabouts of Mr. President. At the same time Nigerians too, should be praying for the President. Nobody has control over health challenges, the only thing they are doing wrongly is hiding the facts from Nigerians.

" I want to urge all of us to stick together and pray for Mr. President." he added.

1. They were both born in Katsina state
Muhammadu Buhari was born on December 17, 1942, in Daura, Katsina state, to Adamu and Zulaihat Buhari.
Umar Musa Yar'Adua was also born in Katsina on August 16, 1951 to a former Minister for Lagos during the First republic.
2. They were both supported by Obasanjo for president
Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, Nigeria’s former president, has publicly expressed support for the electioneering campaign of Muhammadu Buhari, a former military ruler and presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) while he highhandedly picked Umar Yar'Adua for the position of the President.

On February 9, 2010, Goodluck Jonathan who was Yar'adua's vice was made acting President of the Federation because President Yar'Adua went to Saudi Arabia for medical treatment.

Both presidents preferred to be treated outside Nigeria for various ailments.
On June 6, Buhari also travelled to the United Kingdom to seek medical attention.
President Yar'Adua left Nigeria on November 23, 2009, and was reported to be receiving treatment for pericarditis at a clinic in Saudi Arabia.

A married woman who is now proudly living as a transgender man has revealed how he overcame his/her fears and transitioned to a chiseled transgender bodybuilder.

Seven years ago, Cody Harman, 30, walked down the aisle in a wedding dress. According to him, he had always felt like a boy when he was a young girl and knew he shouldn’t be getting married but he was filled with fear of what other people would think if they knew he was transgender.

Cody, a chef from California, said:

“I knew I was doing the wrong thing by getting married – but I didn’t know how to tell everyone. I also knew I was attracted to girls but because my parents were very religious they made me think it was a sin, so I dated guys instead”

Cody was aged 20 when he met his construction worker husband through an internet dating website.

After a year of dating, Cody and Adam got married in 2008 with a traditional wedding. But their marriage crashed 3 years later and in 2012, Cody told his family and friends he was a lesbian and a year later told them he was transgender.

He said:

“I waited to tell them I was transgender because I thought it would be too much for them to cope with. My mum cried at first, but now she’s happy for me. I also met a great community of people online and I realized that I wasn’t alone.”

Cody underwent a mastectomy in 2014 and started taking male hormones prescribed by a doctor. Cody underwent a hysterectomy the following year and started lightweight training in 2016.
