I Won’t Let My Daughter End Up as a ‘Baby Mama’ Like Me Waje

waje-473x400
In an exclusive chat with Genevieve magazine, multi-award winning music star, Aituaje Iruobe, popularly known as Waje, has opened up on her misgivings in life as a single mother, stressing that her daughter, Emerald, will not make the same mistakes she made by being put in the family way outside wedlock. The mother of one, said, “I’m a mother but I know where to draw the line. It is because I don’t want her to make the same mistakes I made. I feel like some of the decisions I made was because I was raised differently.   “Our parents taught us what they knew as the truth, but what you know as the truth might not be the truth. Another thing is that parents do not tell their children why certain behaviours should be avoided.   “For example, parents say, “don’t drink because I said so” not, “don’t drink because it is bad for your health”; but I’m learning that for the children of this age, you have to tell them all the reasons why they should not do certain things.   “While my daughter was growing up, I took up the reward method; you do good, you get good. There was a consequence for every action,” she said.

Women Wear The Same Bra, Report Reveals (A must Read)

Let’s not get started about the agonies of bra shopping but, long story short, finding a bra that both fits and looks nice only happens once or twice in a lifetime, right?
Apparently this isn’t even an exaggeration, as new research has revealed that over a third of British women only wear their two favourite bras on rotation.
According to a survey of 2,000 women conducted by Queen, Rigby & Peller, three in 10 admitted to wearing the same two pieces of underwear for more than ten years.
More than half of these women admitted that they have drawers full of brand new underwear which they’ve never worn, and don’t expect to, while a third of women said they frequently discard a bra immediately after purchase once they’ve got home and discovered it doesn’t fit properly.

A huge 70% of women would rather wear an old grey bra which feels like a second skin than an expensive new purchase which turns out to be uncomfortable – but alas; the average woman finds only 27% of her lingerie wardrobe comfortable, and a quarter of those polled don’t have a single bra which is 100% comfy all of the time.
This may all sound quite doom and gloom, but take a glance at your underwear drawer. Exactly.

Couple Confess Using ‘Black Magic’ To Have S3x With Over 38 People (Photos)

A shocking incident has thrown the people ofa village into chaos after a couple confessed to have used black magic to have s3x with the entire village.
A couple has been chased out of their village after confessing to have used mubobobo ( a kind of black magic whereby a man can supposedly have s3x with a woman from a distance and without her consent.
In effect, it refers to a magical remote sexual intercourse, metaphorically called ‘blue tooth s3x’, as it generally ‘connects’ perpetrator and victim within an eye-shot distance or even beyond).
to have s3x with an entire village in Zimbabw
According to Ireportgist Taurai Muponda, 56, along with his wife Eunar Ndabalanga, 46, stunned villagers yesterday when they appeared before headman Rodius Kufandada Musonza confessing that they killed 38 peopleand engaged in sexual intercourse with several men and women using mubobobo.
Muponda told the court that they had several s3x sessions with Moreen Munhundiripo without her knowledge using mubobo and many others in the villag
“I confess to having s3x with Moreen and other women in the village using mubobo but honestly speaking this is not my fault,” said Muponda.
“It is a spirit that is in me and my aunt is the one who gave me the charm that I enjoy having s*x with any woman I admire and whenever that spirit possesses me I cannot control the feelings.
If this court can help me find anyone who has powers to deliver me from this spirit I would be thankful since I do not like it
I am aware that my wife use the charm as well but I did not know it when we got married in 2007 following the death of her husband.
I enjoy s3x through this charm and I rarely have s3x with my wife that is why we do not have a child since we got married,” said Muponda.Speaking further during the confession,
Eunar disclosed that she is responsible for the deathof 38 people who include her relative and has powers to attract men for s3x using mubobo wechikadzi.
“Muponda is my fifth husband and the other four died because of that spirit which I got from one of my relatives who passed away long ago.
I don’t like the spirit that is why I joined apostolic faith church ‘Nyenyedzi nomwe yenguwo tsvuku’ to look for deliverance.
If there is anyone with powers to deliver me from this I am prepared to let it go since it has caused me untold suffering in my life.
We are ever at each other’s throat with my husband that you can really not tell who is the man is when it comes to fighting when he wants his conjugal rights,”
said EunarIn his ruling, headman Musonza ordered the couple to look for an alternative place to stay saying the villagers are up against their evil acts and promised them to help in finding people who can deliver them from the evil spirits.
“This court heard that you were not forced by anyone to confess that you use charms that can kill people as well as charms that allow both of you to have s*x with villagers without their consent,” said headman Musonza.
“You have told this court that you have the charms and because of what you have told this honorable court, it is in everyone’s best interest that you look for an alternative place to stay.
I am reliably informed that you relocated to this village following the same issue with the village head where you used to stay,” said the headman Musonza not giving them a dead line to leave the village.
Muponda and Eunar told H-Metro after the ruling that they have nowhere to go and appealed to members of the public if there is anyone prepared to deliver them from evil spirits.
“I came from Mutare but honestly, I have nowhere to go and I don’t know when I will leave Goromonzi following this ruling.
The unfortunate thing is that the ruling came by the time I am not in good books with my wife following this case,” said Mupond
Villagers who came in their numbers, expressed joy after headman gave the judgment saying they were prepared to bay forthe couple’s blood if the headman had allowed them to stay.

I was told commercial sex was more lucrative in Abuja, so I relocated here in 2015.“I operated in the Apo area.
I thought I couldmake more money by recruiting some girls to work for me.
I brought the girls and the agreement was that I would pay them N100, 000 after six months. I also promised to takecare of their feeding.

In the first week of June, I was in my shop when Chinedu (one of the girls) approached me saying she wanted to learn hairdressing.
The following day, she came back with four other girls and they all said they wanted to learn as well.
I know them as apprentices,” he said.
One of the victims, a 20-year-old Azubuike, said she slept with no fewer than 15 men in a day, adding that Daniel made N20,000 from herdaily.

My friend told me it would be commercial sex work. What I did not understand was that we would be locked up ina roo
“I slept with no fewer than 15 men in a day because they loved my services and always asked for more.
I normally made between N15,000 and N20,000 every day, but the money went to madam (Daniel).
I was asked to stay with her because there was no accommodation. The police stormed the placewhere we were locked up and rescued us,” shesaid.
19-year-old John, who hails from Aba, Abia State, said,
“It was one Aunty Joy who brought me to Abuja and handed me over to Madam Azonto. Madam Azonto promised to give me N200,000 after six months if I agreed to be a commercial s*x worke
“She kept me in a room with the other girls andbrought our food to the same room. Every evening, we were taken out to different joints where we slept with several men. I normally collected N1,000 per round from customers.
”It was learnt that a man, who stayed in the neighbourhood where the girls were locked up, gave the police a tip-off.
A police source said, “The girls were kept in the room and someone usually brought food for them through the window.

Istanbul Airport Attack Update: 36 Confirmed Dead

instabul attack
Three suicide bombers opened fire then blew themselves up in Istanbul’s main international airport on Tuesday, killing 36 people and wounding close to 150. The figure of the dead is expected to rise.
One attacker opened fire in the departures hall with an automatic rifle, sending passengers diving for cover and trying to flee, before all three blew themselves up in or around the arrivals hall a floor below, witnesses and officials said.
The attack on Europe’s third-busiest airport is one of the deadliest in a series of suicide bombings in Turkey, which is struggling to contain the spillover from neighbouring Syria’s civil war and battling an insurgency by Kurdish militants in its southeast.
Police fired shots to try to stop two of the attackers just before they reached a security checkpoint at the arrivals hall, but they detonated their explosives, a Turkish official said.
“It became clear with this incident again that terrorism is a global threat. This attack, targeting innocent people is a vile, planned terrorist act,” Prime Minister Binali Yildirim told reporters at the airport.

“There is initial evidence that each of the three suicide bombers blew themselves up after opening fire,” he said, adding that they had come to the airport by taxi and that preliminary findings pointed to Islamic State responsibility.
The vast majority of those killed were Turkish nationals but foreigners were also among the dead, the official said.
“There was a huge explosion, extremely loud. The roof came down. Inside the airport it is terrible, you can’t recognise it, the damage is big,” said Ali Tekin, who was at the arrivals hall waiting for a guest when the attack took place.
A woman named Duygu, who was at passport control having just arrived from Germany, said she threw herself onto the floor with the sound of the explosion.
Several witnesses also reported hearing gunfire shortly before the attacks.

“Everyone started running away. Everywhere was covered with blood and body parts. I saw bullet holes on the doors,” she said outside the airport.
Almost seven hours after the attack, which started around 9:50 p.m. (1850 GMT), no group had claimed responsibility.
The attack bore similarities to a suicide bombing by Islamic State militants at Brussels airport in March which killed 16 people.
A coordinated attack also targeted a rush-hour metro train, killing a further 16 people in the Belgian capital.
Paul Roos, 77, described seeing one of the attackers “randomly shooting” in the departures hall.
“He was just firing at anyone coming in front of him. He was wearing all black. His face was not masked. I was 50 metres away from him,” said Roos, a South African returning to Cape Town with his wife after a holiday in southern Turkey.
“We ducked behind a counter but I stood up and watched him. Two explosions went off shortly after one another. By that time he had stopped shooting,” Roos told Reuters.
“He turned around and started coming towards us. He was holding his gun inside his jacket. He looked around anxiously to see if anyone was going to stop him and then went down the escalator … We heard some more gunfire and then another explosion, and then it was over.”
President Tayyip Erdogan said the attack should serve as a turning point in the global fight against militant groups.
“The attack, which took place during the holy month of Ramadan, shows that terrorism strikes with no regard for faith and values,” he said in a statement.
“The bombs that exploded in Istanbul today could have gone off at any airport in any city around the world,” he said, urging all governments to join forces against terrorism.
The U.S. said it stood in solidarity with Turkey, its NATO ally, and that such attacks would only reinforce their joint determination.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon stressed the need to intensify global efforts to combat extremism.
Ataturk is Turkey’s largest airport and a major transport hub for travellers from around the world.
Pictures posted on social media from the site showed wounded people lying on the ground inside and outside the international terminal.
A helicopter buzzed overhead as police evacuated the building.
Dozens of passengers walked back down access roads with their luggage, trying to hail cabs.
Authorities halted the takeoff of scheduled flights from the airport and passengers were transferred to hotels, a Turkish Airlines official said.
Earlier an airport official said some flights to the airport had been diverted, although Yildirim said air traffic had later resumed.
In the U.S., the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey reacted to the explosions by putting armed, high-visibility patrols at the three main airports in the New York metropolitan region.
Turkey has suffered a spate of bombings this year, including two suicide attacks in tourist areas of Istanbul blamed on Islamic State, and two car bombings in the capital, Ankara, which were claimed by a Kurdish militant group.
In the most recent attack, a car bomb ripped through a police bus in central Istanbul during the morning rush hour, killing 11 people and wounding 36 near the main tourist district, a major university and the mayor’s office.
Turkey, which is part of the U.S.-led coalition against Islamic State, is also fighting Kurdish militants in its largely Kurdish southeast.
One person was killed on Dec. 23, 2015, when an explosion hit Istanbul’s second airport, Sabiha Gokcen, located on the Asian side of the city. That attack was claimed by a Kurdish militant group. (Reuters/NAN)
